Ward Elicker Casting is a full-service fine art and architectural foundry that can produce castings and completed works of art in all sizes from the very small to the monumental. The foundry can handle any project from conception to a completed, installed work. The foundry’s large workshop covers half a city block and is equipped with three furnaces with a combined capacity of 2 cubic feet of bronze or aluminum.
Casting methods include lost wax, investment, sand, and lost foam. To maintain complete control over every project, all phases of the casting and fabrication process are done at the foundry; these include mold-making, enlargement, reduction, welding, fabrication, finishing, detailed chasing, polishing, and patination.
